In-patient wards are situated on the ground, first and second floors of the inpatient complex. Transplant I and Transplant II wards are on the second floor.

There are nine cubicles in the transplant ward 1 and four cubicles in the transplant ward 2, each containing a patient bed and ensuite bathroom facilities. There are six auto-transplant rooms with ensuite bathroom facilities in High Dependency Unit (HDU) I & II.
